Share client logins with your team, without the password

You manage logins for dozens of clients. Coauth lets your techs sign in without pasting passwords around, and lets you cut access the moment someone rolls off an account.

The problem

The credential sprawl every MSP knows

Client passwords end up in spreadsheets, password-protected docs, and chat threads. Onboarding a tech means forwarding a pile of credentials. Offboarding means changing all of them and hoping you caught every copy. And the moment a client turns on phishing-resistant MFA, a shared password stops being enough on its own.

Per-client sharing

Share one client login into a team, sealed individually to each tech. Group by client or by pod.

Clean offboarding

Remove a tech and the team key rotates. Every copy they held stops decrypting, immediately.

Zero-knowledge

The server only ever holds ciphertext. A breach of the vendor never exposes a client password in the clear.

No per-seat cost

Free to share, with no suite to roll out for every client and no license per tech.

How it works

Set it up in three steps.

01

Save the client logins

Add each client login, or register a passkey for it, inside Coauth.

02

Share into a team

Create a team per client or per pod and share the logins in. Each is sealed to every member.

03

Techs sign in, you revoke on exit

Techs autofill or use the shared passkey from their own browser. When one leaves, remove them and the key rotates.

FAQ

Common questions.

How do techs sign in without seeing the password?

Coauth autofills the login on the site, or uses a shared passkey, so a tech signs in without the raw password being pasted or revealed. For a password, you can still choose to keep it hidden.

What happens when a tech leaves?

Remove them from the team and the team key rotates, so any copy they held can no longer decrypt the shared logins. For passwords a person actually saw, rotate the credential too, as with any manager.

Is it safe to store client credentials in an extension?

Coauth is zero-knowledge: everything secret is encrypted on the device before it syncs, so the server only holds ciphertext. Removing a member rotates the key, and there are backups.

Does this cost per client or per tech?

No per-seat and no per-client cost. Coauth is free to install and free for a team of three, then one flat price however many people you add.
